ABOUT SALECONNECT : Enables sellers to find the right content, organize and share it with customers

This platform of Web App and Mobile App is aimed at designing and upgrading the complete learning experience on Web Application and Mobile platform, which is the one stop learning course destination for Sellers. This includes complete trend analysis of users, study of existing scenario, usability study and tests with users, creating prototype using Adobe XD, getting stakeholder’s buy-in on the revamp plans, gap analysis and changing the complete training experience on platform.

MY ROLE :  USER EXPERIENCE  |  USER INTERFACE

I have identify the person as a Sales Leader. Who need fast and up-to-date information. This helps to understand your customers and forecast accurately. All of this is fed from data. But if the data is not managed in unfied manner, this can lead to slow and ineffective search, fragmented search results, and lack of content relevency and credibility. To solve this problems.

  • Application shoud provide one-stop-shop for your saleforce to access the latest content accross multipal soluations and architecture!
  • Our sale people spending 15-25% of their time navigating complex content network spread across hundreads os sites and experiencing:
    • Slow and ineffective search
    • Fragmented search results
    • Lack of content relevency and credibility
    • Track what content infulanced sales pipeline / revenue*
    • On demand anytime report with my manager ID on who's viewing, who's not, what content they are viewing

HOW IT WORKS :

  • Associate and Sales Leader can access the application from their mobile.
  • To date, application, statistics for iPad and iPhone are
    • Theatre Training Library, user will be get to Theatre courses from App home page
    • Speedy Search, App remembers users recent search and show it in Search filed to improve Usibality
    • User friendly navigation, user will see improved navigation of Search and Browse category page
    • User can change Language any time before login to app or while using app anytime.
  • Enabling Sales Force has been a “free for all” with many organizations producing volumes of sales content – but no unified content management plan
